SALES APPLICATION FOR ARTISTS

Sales Dates and Times: Saturday - June 21, 11 AM to 9 PM

Sunday - June 22 11 AM to 5 PM

This year in response to artists’ comments and the fact that most people left their tables long before 9 PM on Saturday, we are giving the option of being at your table

from 9 AM to 6 PM (or longer) OR

from 11Am to 8 PM (or longer)

All exhibits will be under a tent. ArtsFalmouth will provide tables and chairs. If you do not want a table but do want a space under the tent, please note this on the applicaion.

The price will not be discounted.

Price for table and chairs

Until April 1: $100 for ArtsFalmouth members $125 for non-members

After April 1: $125 for ArtsFalmouth members $150 for non-members

All checks must be received by April 1 or June 1.

Anyone not paid in full by these dates will be asked to withdraw.

If you are not a member and want to join ArtsFalmouth, the extra $25 will be applied toward your individual membership.

The cost of a business/organization membership is $50, so please add $25 to join if you are a

business.

Tables may be shared by no more than 2 artists.

If you plan to share your table and cannot find a second artist, call us to see if we can make

arrangements to have your table filled on the day you won’t be there.

Please have someone at your table at all times.

We ask that racks, easels, etc. used for extra display be kept to a minimum

. Prior notice MUST be given if you will be using ANYTHING extra for display or we will ask that you remove it.

Although there will be a security guard Saturday night, we ask that you take anything of value with you. Anything you choose to leave must be taken to a specified central location. Arts Falmouth will not be responsible for any lost or damaged work.

As required by the Library Trustees, there will be no sales processed on the Library Lawn itself.

Table applications may be downloaded, printed and mailed in with your check

All sales slips must be brought to the Cashiers at Peg Noonan Park for payment. Cashiers can take Master Card and Visa.
