Museums on the Green
Address: PO Box 174, ,

Falmouth Museums on the Green contain a treasure trove of artifacts and information that, taken together, protect and tell the story of the town of Falmouth, Mass. The Museums are located on a two-acre complex overlooking the Village Green where the Colonial militia gathered in the 1700s. Two 18th-century houses display furniture and fine art, china, toys and textiles, through which we see how the townspeople lived over the centuries. Special exhibits tell of Falmouth's whaling and maritime industries and the art of pre-Civil War medicine.
