TABLE APPLICATION FOR NON-PROFITS

Dates and times: Saturday – June 21 11 AM to 9 PM

Sunday - June 22 11 AM to 5 PM

This year ArtsFalmouth is asking all participating non-profits to make an active contribution to the Festival.

Non-Profits who will

Pay a reduced price for your table: ArtsFalmouth Members $25.00 Non-members $50.00.

not be selling promotional items

And

1. Perform your art or demonstrate your craft – take a standard performance time block or be creative at your table

2. Contribute volunteers to help run the Festival in at least one of the following ways:

Before the Festival - Put up posters around town, work on button sales

During the Festival - Contribute no less than 8 hours of time working

Tables may be shared - but we request by

no more than 2 organizations/groups

If you would like to share your and cannot find a second group, call us to see if we can help to make

arrangements.

Please have someone at your table at all times.

We ask that racks, easels, etc. used for extra display be kept to a minimum. Prior notice MUST be given if you will be using ANYTHING extra for display or we will ask that you remove it.

If you will require electricity, we must know in advance

As required by the Library Trustees, there will be no sales processed on the Library Lawn itself. All sales slips must be brought to the Cashiers at Peg Noonan Park for payment. Cashiers can take Master Card and Visa.
