We need helping hands to make the Festival a success!
We need several energetic folks to help set up from Noon to 4 PM on Friday and to tear down from 5 PM to 7 PM on Sunday. Tables and chairs need to be set up in all the tents. Lights and banners need to go up, etc.
We need organized, careful volunteers to take shifts in the Cashier’s Tent from 9 AM Saturday until closing and from 9 AM to 5 PM on Sunday.
Have a few kids who might like to help? We need runners to go from Exhibitors' tents to the Cashier’s Tent and back.
We also need one or two people all day Saturday and Sunday to take care of the unexpected, make sure the trash is orderly, blow up balloons (don't worry we have helium), answer questions and generally help make sure the Festival is a good experience for our visitors.
